Booking Policy
To confirm your visit, a small deposit is required.
This allows us to prepare each session with care and keep the experience personal and unrushed.
- £100 for 1–2 guests
- £150 for 3–6 guests
This amount will be fully refunded or credited toward your purchase when you attend your session.

Booking Terms
To secure your appointment, the full session deposit is taken at the time of booking.
If you attend your appointment, the amount will be refunded in full or applied toward any purchase made during your visit.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.
This policy allows us to honour the time, preparation, and care dedicated to each guest.
